Supervisory Board

The Counsellors of the Foundation, overseeing the implementation of the ISCM Foundation spirit:

Dr. Zsolt Nyiri

Chairman

Dr. Nyiri, (Dutch) former senior member at a number of large consulting audit firms and at international operating financial institutions, built his reputation as an expert in asset-based financing and banking. He assists Governments in obtaining funding for their portfolio of projects. He advised on numerous enterprise system implementations. He fulfilled executive roles for a number of large corporates.

In 2007 he received the Global Strategy and Leadership Excellence Award for complex stakeholder-based behavioural simulation modelling, wherein shareholder value creation and systemic risk factors become traceable in a preview – rather than a review.

Walter De Roo

Honorary – Vice Chairman

Mr. Walter De Roo, (Belgian) is retired and advised large Western corporations with subsidiaries in Africa. He worked for Ernst & Young with a focus on attracting Foreign Direct Investments and wrote country development guidelines for African Governments. He lectured on good governance issues, in particular addressing bribery and corruption.

Johanna Nyiri

Co-CEO – ISCM Foundation

Johanna Nyiri, (Dutch / South African) is one of the founders of the ISCM Foundation. Her background in education and communication makes her uniquely qualified to support entrepreneurs from emerging countries. She will liaise with the respective tertiary educational institutions to promote talent with support of study bursaries and funding for universities. She will oversee all educational initiatives, with a focus on engagement with tertiary institutions.

H.E. Dr. Mohamed Omaar

Co-CEO – ISCM Foundation

Dr. Mohamed Omaar, (British / Somali) is a retired businessman and former Deputy PM and Foreign Minister of Somalia. He is responsible for ISCM Foundation’s project governance, working in tandem with the CEO of ISCM Investments. In his former career, he held several senior management positions in corporations. He works for the greater good with responsibility for the continent of Africa.

Therese Puetz

CEO – Systemic Energy Solutions

Mrs. Therese Puetz (German) has a successful track record as a business owner and senior executive with extensive management experience in aviation, logistics and trade. She worked with German, Swedish-American and Emirati global market leaders in transport and logistics, supporting companies in marketing and development of new market segments, innovative products and services. Mrs. Therese Puetz is a long-term supporter of the ISCM Foundation.

Roger Lim

MD – Systemic Energy Solutions

Mr. Roger Lim (Singaporean) is home at banking and trading. He will oversee all energy related initiatives in the business unit Systemic Energy Solutions. This is a holding registered in Singapore to regulate the distribution of worldwide licenses for the production of green hydrogen solutions. The income generated from licenses is apportioned for investors and ISCM’s educational mission.

George Danso

CEO – ISCM Investments

Mr. George Danso (UK), is an accomplished finance professional with over 26 years of experience in financial management, project finance, structured trade finance and capital asset management. He is well versed in the financing of large and capital intensive projects.

Benny Pang

Director Legal – ISCM Investments

Mr. Benny Peng (Australian), is a lawyer and represents the ISCM Investments (Singapore), in transactions for the benefit of ISCM Foundation. He is a senior lawyer and chief counsellor at global corporates. His experiences accompanying ISCM’s large scale funding transactions.

Dawn Ringrose

Board Member

Ms. Dawn Ringrose (Canadian) is passionate about working with organizations to improve performance. She believes in making a contribution to the local economy, trade and quality of life. She has extensive experience in organizational excellence, working across industry sectors, conducting global research, authoring publications and developing tools. Totally aligned with the vision, mission and values of the ISCM Foundation, Ms. Ringrose advises on the excellence portfolio and guides related efforts on nation-building projects.

Nancy Nouaimeh

Board Member

Mrs. Nancy Nouaimeh, (Belgian) is a behavioural change management practitioner. Her key strength is fostering leadership excellence within a multicultural environment. She affords the Board to reflect on its initiatives with the necessary attention to transformation journeys. The Design Thinking aspect is a departure point wherein she assists with our initiatives to gain impact on desired outcomes. Her deep transformation and change management skills are key to enable our organisation to adapt and adopt new measures.

Goodwill Ambassadors

Goodwill Ambassadors are individuals supporting the ISCM Foundation in realizing its vision—making charity unnecessary—and its mission—conducting responsible business. They embody the ISCM Foundation’s commitment by supporting governments and entrepreneurs in funding initiatives that benefit society and the environment. Goodwill Ambassadors work across key sectors including water, energy, food, sanitation, and capital-intensive infrastructure. Their goal is to support government institutions and entrepreneurs in successfully completing projects with long-term impact.

Corporate Governance

The ISCM Foundation and its organisations are audited. Our activities are monitored through dedicated external compliance officers and independent regulators.

The portfolio of CBE is under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Tesha. The legal representation of ISCM Investments Pte. Ltd. falls under Mr. Benny Pang. The Business Simulation services and transformation support are led by Dr. Andries Botha. Industry based guest advisors are appointed on a project basis.
